Meet Our Board!

Clark Conservation District’s Board Supervisors, also referred to as Board Members, are public officials who serve without compensation and set policy and direction for the District.  All board supervisors are registered Washington voters who reside within the District’s boundaries.

Board Supervisors serve three-year terms and may be elected or appointed to their seats in accordance with RCW 89.08.160 and 89.08.200. The two appointed and three elected board members comprise the governing body of Clark CD; in addition, the District may have any number of Associate Board Members who serve as volunteers and do not have governing authority over Clark CD’s work. For more information on the Board of Supervisors or monthly board meetings, visit the District Business webpage, or contact Zorah Oppenheimer, (zoppenheimer@clarkcd.org).
